The present discloses a laser apparatus with scanner for differencing and codifying the graphoscopic characteristics of a signature; whether mobile or fixed it is an inter-active apparatus having a user terminal (1) that contains: a laser pen (2), which shows the movements and position of the signature, via laser connection (3), to a scanner (4) that reads said information, collecting the movements direction, the stroke force, the stroke speed, angle and grade, hooks, the form etc. Connection via direct line (5), to a data processor (6), which translates to a unique numeric code of comparable identification the searched info, connection depending if the apparatus is mobile or fixed, via radio, cellular, microwave or direct line (7), to a memory card (8), which keeps the received codes, direct connection (9), communication equipments (10), which sends the codes to a data based in a remote station (12), which stores the codes, comparing the unique characteristics that difference them an d emitting an answer over the comparison result, connection via dedicated line DSO (13), authorization center of bank credit (14), authorizing or not the user°s credit. This has the object of getting info from an individual°s signature and evaluating mathematically its legitimacy.
