Compounds of formula (I), its isomers and addition salts thereof, wherein; X is chlorine, fluorine, or trifluoromethyl. R is hydrogen or CH2OC=OR', wherein; R' is hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions of formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable base for use in the treatment of pathological phenomena associated with hyperactivation of the neurotransmission paths to the excitatory amino acids.
