Computerised disease management and therapy optimisation using critical curve parameters

摘要

To assist the evaluation of disease progression for a computerized health advice and planning system a critical curve for a particular disease is provided and by comparing the health parameters taken from an electronic medical record corresponding to a particular patient having the particular disease to the critical curve, suitable health assessment information is derived. The diagram illustrates the process in greater detail.
