A device for cutting adhesive labels from the release liner and fed into two separate offset roller assemblies

Curved and irregularly shaped self-adhesive labels are firstly set onto a master roll in an interlocking pattern. This master roll is fed into a finishing apparatus that includes at least one die cutter (1) and at least two offset roller assemblies (2,3). The master roll is fed into the die cutter which functions to cut the release liner to form two separate symmetrical curved shaped feeds. It is this arrangement that allows for minimum material wastage.
