The production of twin-face cloth mesh on a rectilinear electronic loom comprises compaction of two cloth mesh elements interlinked by other cloth mesh structures, to increase heat and sound insulation. Also claimed is the product of the process. CLAIMED PRODUCT - The product has the interlinking structures formed on the basis of one or both the cloth mesh elements. EMBODIMENT - The product can be used to make sandwich-type composite-material components.
