Method of video CD format modification as substitution for DVD format and a CD carrier

The method is based on that that with the purpose of quality playing the records in the format of VCD in DVD players the record is divided into the information blocks with defined number of record figures, whilst the blocks of the record figures have the prescribed sequence I, P, B of coding figures. CD carrier in the modified format VCD as a replacement for DVD format for audio/video records contains information block fields with defined number of record figures, whilst the information fields of record figures have the prescribed sequence I, P, B of coding figures.
