Method for liquidation of asphalt-resin-paraffin, hydrate deposits and stoppers in pipes of oil-and-gas extraction wells by electric heater includes operations of periodical insertion and taking out from the pipe electric heater fixed on cable with connection to power source, heating, controlling heating temperature and immersion to deposit with prescribed rate. Before each insertion of the electric heater to the pipe concentration of salt solution, distance between electrodes and the mass of electric heater are changed; limiting value of temperature of electric heater heating in deposits is given, temperature of actual rate of the electric heater immersion is measured. At that, control of the temperature of heating for electric heater is performed as function of actual rate of immersion, through changing power given to electric heater, and taking the electric heater out from the well is performed at achieving by electric heater prescribed limiting value of heating temperature and actual rate of its immersion lower than the prescribed one; at that concentration of salt solution is changed within 1 - 3%. Apparatus for liquidation of asphalt-resin-paraffin, hydrate deposits and stoppers in pipes of oil-and-gas extraction wells has electric heater comprising a body arranged as an outer electrode with salt solution and inner one, movable in axial direction, and cable connected to the power source through power control unit. Additionally it has step-up transformer, sensor of actual heating temperature, installed inside of the electric heater, sensor of actual rate of electric heater immersion to the deposit, block of the limiting temperature of electric heater heating value, block of the rate of the electric heater immersion to deposit setting, and two comparing elements.
