METHOD FOR TREATING BACKBONE IN POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENCE OF EXTRUSION IN PULPOUS CORE OF INTERVERTEBRAL DISK

The method for treating the backbone in the postoperative recurrence of the extrusion in the pulpous core of the intervertebral disk provides for the manual therapy, namely the graduated distraction and the graduated transposition of the movable vertebral segment followed by fixation of the segment in the specified position. The graduated distraction and the graduated transposition are performed in the same vertebral area where the postoperative recurrence of the extrusion in the pulpous core of the intervertebral disk occurred. The distraction is performed by fixation of the movable vertebral segment downstream the surgically treated segment, while the graduated transposition is performed by the rest in the area of the transverse process of the movable vertebral segment upstream the surgically treated one.
