The girder of reinforced cement includes two symmetrical half-girders (13,14) having adjacent portions meeting in a planar mid section (15) which is perpendicular to a flat intrados near the flat or sloping extrados. A joint device (17) with bars parallel to the intrados includes a connecting plate near the intrados to bolt the half-girders. An independent claim is also included for a roof structure used in a building.
