The wagon has at least one wagon box (1) fixed to the running gear, connected to the next wagon box by a pivot (4). This pivot is fixed by a coupling element (5) with a limit force (Fg), in excess of which the coupling releases the pivot. The coupling element is in the form of a hydraulic system, consisting of a piston rod (6), a cylinder (7) and valves (8). When the wagon enters or leaves a curve, the setting of the wagon boxes relative to each other changes, applying a traction force (Fz) or pressure force (Fd) which exceeds the limit force, so that the pivot is free to move.
