Composition for the treatment of reinforced concrete or similar constructive elements and application process. It comprises a plurality of minerals and aromatic oils that are capable of catalyzing a protective water resistant additives and antioxidants that penetrate the concrete up to the inner armature, fixed to it and protecting it. It is characterized by the fact that, proportionally, comprising 90-95% mineral oil, between 0.5-5% of aromatic oils, and between 1-5% of additives based on alkali compounds. It is possible to protect the elements of reinforced concrete, especially the beams made with aluminous cement, oxidation of the internal reinforcement, preventing the appearance of compounds or reactions that are generated in the presence of moisture and some aggressive agents present in the environment such as the alkaline hydrolysis in aluminous cement.
