A dosing and mixing apparatus of basic components, intended to provide a desired final product from a plurality of base components, in which such base components are contained in tanks (2) located in the upper section of a structure ( 1), while in the space at the bottom of said structure there is a mobile assembly, formed by a frame (7), a platform (8) that supports a precision scale (9) on which a mixing vessel (10), being susceptible to longitudinal and transverse displacement, and in which the precision of the mixture depends on the accuracy in the weight of each of the base components involved in the final product.
