Procedure for structurally rehabilitating forged projections and element resistant to corresponding compression.The procedure consists in a) drilling or cutting a forged area (1) until reaching a resistant part (2) in said forged area (1) b) inserting at least one traction resistant element (5) in the hole or cut in the forged area (1) c) fastening at least one traction resistant element (5) to the resistant part of the forged area using fasteners (6) d) fixing at least one compression resistant element (7) to the forged structure (1) e) inter-joining at least one traction resistant element (5) and at least one compression resistant element (7) f) tautening at least one traction resistant element (5) with respect to at least one compression resistant element (7), varying the relative distance between both elements. It is possible to rehabilitate the forged projections from outside the building, maintaining the original characteristics and shapes.
