The juice extraction machine (1) for citrus fruit has two concave disks (1.1) fitted on the same shaft and arranged for anti-clockwise rotation, together with four small plates (1.2) defining an interdisk location (1.3) for the entry of a half piece of citrus fruit. A double set of bearings (1.4,1.5) permit axial oscillation of the disks, regulating and fixing their approximation. The disks then separate, allowing the peel to drop by gravity. Automatic or manual loading of the machine is provided, with a single extraction group or two such groups aligned in parallel and in the same horizontal plane.
