Composite structure consisting of two pieces of work, one of which is a permanent rare earth magnet and the other is a metal support, where the compound is formed by means of a thermally curable glue, which forms a joint gap, characterized because the permanent rare earth magnet has a joint surface of at least 1000 mm2 and the metal support is a ferromagnetic pole of an electric machine, and because the glue is constituted by a silicone glue that is reticulated by addition, of a component and self-adhesive, where the glue layer has a layer thickness of 70 to 150 µm and contains spherical spacers in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight of the glue mass.
