Biotreatment of farm wastes employs tank for recirculation-mixing of bacterial complex and subsequent distribution over animal litter or farm slurry

Water and a complex are mixed, to activate and multiply the bacteria it contains. The result is spread onto litter or slurry to be treated. An Independent claim is included for equipment in which the process is carried out. It comprises a tank (1), pump (3) and system (7, 9, 10) for either selective recirculation in the tank, or external emptying, allowing it to be spread over the waste. Preferred Features: A nutritional medium favoring bacterial multiplication is added to the mixture. The cycle of mixing, recirculation in closed circuit and spreading, is repeated several times. Concentrations of bacteria in the mixtures, may differ from cycle to cycle. In the equipment, the pipe (7, 9) from the pump outlet is connected to a fitting (10) discharging back into the tank. An immersion pump is employed, inside the tank. The pipe has a flexible section (9) outside the tank, joining two fittings (8, 10) in the cover (2) of the tank. Tank heating is included. The equipment is transportable.
