N-alkoxy-N - [1 - {w - (arylalkoxy) alkoxy) piperidin-4-yl] -4H-3, 1-benzo (thia / oxa) cineines - 2 substituted amines of formula I: ** (See formula I) ** in which: - X represents an oxygen or sulfur atom - Y represents either: an alkoxy radical, branched or containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms, a radical -CH2-CH (OH) - CH2- - R represents; a hydrogen, an alkoxy radical saturated or not, branched or not containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, - R1 to R6 the same or different represent: a hydrogen, a branched or unbranched alkoyl, saturated or not containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a branched or unbranched alkoxy or saturated or not containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogen group, a nitro group, a hydroxy group, an acyl or acyloxy group comprising 2 to 3 carbon atoms, a dialkoylamino group containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a trifluoromethyl or trifluoromethoxy group. - n is an integer that can vary from 1 to 6 inclusive, as well as its pure enantiomers and mixtures thereof, and therapeutically acceptable mineral or organic salts of the compounds of formula I and their eventual hydrates.
