Connection device between a closed container (2) and a continent (3), said closed container comprising a neck (4) whose opening (4a) is sealed by a plug (5), connection device comprising: - a base ( 10), suitable for being mounted in said container and including a bushing (14) forming an internal smoothing (A), - a piston (20) suitable for sliding in said smoothing, between a first free position in relation to said plug (5) and a second position, called a transfer, in which a hollow needle (21) carried by said piston passes through said cap, characterized in that said base (10) has at least one elastically deformable peak (15, 15 ¿) F) towards the outside of said bushing (14), which forms a projection, from said bushing (14), towards the inside of the smoothing (A) for the retention of said piston in transfer position and which can be removed radially outward from said bushing by an external radial leg (24) of said piston (20) during the movement of the piston between the first and second positions, and immobilizing said leg and said piston in transfer position.
