An issuing entity such as a company, bank or an individual, generates codes and/or a password or access key to identify a user and establish a secure network connection with that user. The entity also delivers codes corresponding to operations or transactions and these are forwarded to the user directly or through a third party service provider. The user then validates only the codes corresponding to transactions to be performed. The issuing entity then performs the authorized operations or transactions.
