Material intended for a bone graft, formed from a Phosphocalcic ceramic has been previously colonized in vivo by bone tissue cells, obtained by the process comprising the steps consisting of: - implanting at least one porous Phosphocalcic ceramic in vivo beneath the periosteum of an individual, in contact with the basal layer composed of osteogenic cells; - leaving the ceramic beneath the periosteum the time necessary to be colonized by osteogenic cells; and - explanting the thus colonized ceramic.
