Optically active polymer which can be obtained by polymerization of a chiral diphosphine with a symmetry axis C2, with the exclusion of any other element of symmetry, with one or more polymerisable monomers, said chiral diphosphine of a chiral body being constituted with two groups identical functional capable of reacting with said polymerisable monomers.
