Massage appliance exerting a suction action and mobilization of the skin tissue that is in the form of a set (1) manually operable essentially comprising a box connected to a suction source and comprising an internal chamber (4) open its face intended to be in contact with the patient's body as well as means allowing to exert a mechanical action on the skin fold formed inside said chamber (4) when the massage operation takes place wherein the chamber suction extends transversely across the width of the box and is open at its two lateral ends; the means for exerting mechanical action consist of at least two movable assemblies (7, 8), characterized in that these means are arranged laterally on each side of the housing (3), bearing against the side walls sealingly , and which seal the lateral openings of the suction chamber.
