A matrix of a reflector (36) having multiple reflector cones (38) corresponding to each of the light emitting diodes (28) in the mounting substrate (30), and an optical panel hybrid (40) having a section direct projection (42) covering the reflector matrix (36) and light emitting diodes (28), and a section of double light conductive pipe (44) surrounding the projecting section (42). A single light emitting diode (28) emits light at respective quadrant of the optical panel (40), which is reflected and redirected from one or more facets of the lens to illuminate the front surface of the panel. Direct projection section (42) and light pipe conductor (44) illuminate different areas on the lens curved protection (22).
