Galenical formula for omeprazole in the form of tablets comprises a nucleus including omeprazole, an insulating cover and a gastro-resistant cover. The nucleus is obtained by direct compression of an excipient with elastic pressure characteristics, a disintegrator of high speed action, a lubricant and omeprazole. The insulating cover is obtained by atomization on the nuclei of a mixture of an agglutinant or adhesive, a high speed disintegrator, an inert diluent, an internal desiccator, a suspension medium and a lubricant. The gastro-resistant cover is applied by atomization on the insulating cover of a mixture of a gastro-resistant film material, a diluent and a lubricant.
