A cam impeller with an eccentric shaft with cam and eccentric sleeve is presented. The cylindrical cam of the cam shaft (10) describes a circular motion when the shaft rotates. The circular movement becomes an alternative movement by means of piston rods (20) etc. The cam is rotatably mounted in a cylindrical hole in the eccentric sleeve (18) so that when the cam impeller is idle to produce concentricity, the eccentricities of the shaft and the cylindrical hole are eliminated. A drive device (29) rotates with the eccentric impeller by means of centrifugal force.
