The multiple automatic sampler for fruit comprises an analyzer of the olives press residue fed from decanters, above one or two endless sampling belts. The belts have motors in the zone opposite to the measurement zone, and programmed sequential drive media. The analysis results are correlated with the individual decanters throughout.
