A method of securitizing a pool of asset units having receivable revenueassociated therewith includes the steps of grouping the receivables intomonthlyage buckets; according to the age in months of said asset units, determiningthetotal receivable revenue for the first month for each age bucket by computermeans, amortizing the number of units outstanding for each age bucket byapplying a deprivation rate to said units to yield amortized number of unitsforeach age bucket, determining the monthly NBV of principal for each age bucketby computer means; and determining the monthly interest for each age bucketby computer means.
