METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING RELATIVE PERFORMANCE OF A BUSINESS IN AN ASSOCIATION OF THE SAME OR SIMILAR BUSINESSES

A method of evaluating the business performance of a member suchas an automotive collision repair shop in an association of members in thesame orsimilar business. Data on the business performance of the members in theassociation is maintained in a computer database. The individual member beingevaluated electronically submits performance data to the computer containingthedatabase. The data submitted is compared to the data on other associationmembers stored in the database. A report on the comparison is provided back totheindividual member.
