The present invention relates to thienothiazine compounds having the formula (1) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or their solvates. This invention also involves methods for preparing the compounds of formula (1), anti-inflammatory and analgesic compositions containing the same, and the us e of the compounds of formula (1) in preparing the anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicaments.
