A therapeutic agent for food competence disorders in the stomach whichcontains as an active ingredient a compound represented by the general formula(1): (1) (wherein R1 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, or halogeno; A representsfuryl, thienyl, thiazolyl, or oxazolyl; R2 and R3 each represents C1-5 alkyl;and n is an integer of 2 to 4) or an acid addition salt of the compound. Thismedicine functions to relax the gastric fundic part and alleviates foodcompetence disorders in the stomach. It is hence effective in greatlyalleviating symptoms caused by such disorders, such as early satiety andepigastric meteorism.
