The present invention provides a polypeptide consisting of a partial amino acid sequence of alpha -fodrin containing an amino acid sequence depicted in SEQ ID No:1, SEQ ID No:2 or SEQ ID No:4, its mutant, particularly, an epitope analogue containing a sequence depicted in SEQ ID No:3, and use thereof.
