The present invention relates in general to triacylglycerol oil-based oligomer and oligomer complexes and methods of making and using same. In more particular, the present invention relates to soybean oil oligomer and oligomer complexes and the methods of making (see figure 1) and using these soybean oil oligomer and oligomer complexes as well as the use of these soybean oil oligomer and oligomer complexes for the preparation and production of inks.
