METHODS TO IDENTIFY ANTI-TUMORAL AGENTS INHIBITING RasGAP / AURORA KINASE INTERACTIONS The present invention concerns new methods for for identifying a biologically active compound with antitumoral properties wherein said compound is studied for its capacity to inhibit the interaction- between RasGAP and the Drosophila melanogaster Aurora kinase or an ortholog of said kinase, or a fragment thereof able to interact with RasGAP,- or between RasGAP, an Aurora-binding protein and the Drosophila melanogaster Aurora kinase or an ortholog of said kinase, or a fragment thereof able to interact with RasGAP.
