The present invention provides novel polynucleotides encoding CCR11, a novel member of the G protein coupled receptor family, the novel polypeptide encoded by these polynucleotides and methods of making and using these and related products. The present invention also provides materials and methods for characterizing all receptors that mediate chemotaxis and compounds that stimulate chemotaxis. Cell lines produced by methods of the invention also are provided.
