A method of managing innovation (200) related data is described. The method includes first, data inputs are received from several sources in step (210). Then the data inputs are qualified in step (225). Next, one or more of the qualified data inputs are selected in step (230). Then, at least one innovation technique is selected. Next, the selected innovation technique is applied to the selected data input in step (235). Several potential solutions would then result from the successful innovation technique in step (240). Next, a second test (245) is applied to each one of the potential solutions in step (250). Then, at least one of potential solutions is selected. Finally, each step in the process and the results thereof are archived in step (260).
