The present invention relates to 1-methyl-4-(3-ethoxy-9H-thioxanthene-9-ylidene)-piperidine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, use of 1-methyl-4-(3-ethoxy-9H-thioxanthene-9-ylidene)-piperidine as a medicament and for the manufacture of a medicament for treatment of a disease state which is alleviable by treatment with a 5-HT2B or H1o or 5-HT2B/H1 receptor antagonists.
