Radio access network for access by multiple mobile network operators

The network (UTRAN) has at least one fixed radio station and connected distribution and concentration devices connecting the fixed station to mobile radio exchanges of the operators' core networks (CN1-3). The access network sends a set of network identifiers to mobile users registered as local or visiting users in the core networks containing core network identifiers for local users (M1) and foreign network identifiers for visiting users (MA).
