The present invention relates to a kit for the simultaneous diagnosis of four kinds of diseases resulting in deformity fetus and a method for preparation of it. The kit comprises a colloidal gold-labeled immunofiltration device, a buffer solution and a mixture of colloidal gold labels, wherein the genetically engineered HCMV antigen, the genetically engineered HSV antigen, the genetically engineered RV antigen, the genetically engineered TOX antigen and the sheep anti-mouse IgM antibody label are immobilized in dots in the nitrocellulose membrane of the colloidal gold-labeled immunofiltration device. The present invention also relates a method for preparation of said kit. The kit of the present invention carries out the simultaneous diagnosis of four kinds of diseases resulting in deformity fetus, based on the principle of colloidal gold immunofiltration method, which is operated simply and rapidly and accurately.
