Near azeotropic mixtures based on 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane, methylene chloride and methanol for treatment of solid surfaces

A quasi-azeotropic composition comprises 75-95% 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane (F365mfc), 1-15% methylene chloride and 1-10% methanol. Also claimed is its application in the treatment of solid surfaces.
