A system, method and article of manufacture are provided for monitoring negotiations in a market management framework. A user is allowed to post an electronic request for quote on a website. Selected suppliers are afforded access to the request for quote on the website. Electronic bids are received from the selected suppliers. The received electronic bids are graphed. The lowest electronic bid is displayed separately from the graphed electronic bids, whereby identification of the lowest bid is facilitated.
