The reinforcing body (1) has such a large number of passages (2) in its outer wall (3) that the ratio of the complete surface of the passages to the total surface is at least 1:2. The reinforcing body is of body-compatible metal and sectionally an open meshed, three-dimensional space net structure (4) is provided on its surface. The reinforcement body is compressible by an integrated mechanism for application of a tractive force. It comprises a cylindrical casing (5), which is closed distally with a slightly convex head part (6) and is closable proximally with a closure piece (7). The slightly convex head part is provided area-wise with the space net structure.
