A prompting telegram (WTEL) triggers electronic tickets (10) out of a standby state to determine used capacity. A prompting telegram is detected in a receiver (11). If data in the detected WTEL is destined for the electronic ticket in question (10), a first switch (18) activates a processor module (13), preferably in several stages, whereby a second switch (17) activates a digital filter (12) between the receiver and the processor module. An Independent claim is also included for a circuit structure for identifying/selecting a prompting telegram in an electronic ticket.
