A kind of abrasion improving metal surface keeps the equipment of hydrolytically stable environment during refrigeration equipment operation. This method includes making metal surface with acid and neopentyl glycol comprising ester lubricant base stock blend or neopentyl glycol and 2 ethyl hexanoic acid ester and 9 points of 56 minutes carbon atoms of at least one straight-chain acid and with viscosity about ISO 7-10. Lubricant can also be used for working fluid and the fluorine-based heat-transfer fluid of no chlorine, such as 1,1,1 tetrafluoroethane.
