ORTHODONTIC AND ORTHOPAEDIC JAWBONE ANCHOR

Besides dental implants, there are two types botankers which form an absolute anchorage for orthodontoisch / orthopedic force application. The first system is placed on the bone surface (EP 0818183 A2 19980114); the second is screwed in (WO 9612451 A119960502). The placement on the palate requires a connection with dental elements before the orthodontic / orthopedic device can employ forces. A fixation in the upper jaw also complicates treatment in the lower jaw. These disadvantages are overcome by the present invention, in which the forces via a horizontal tube (4) and retention for elastics (5) in the outer metal plates fixed jaw bone (1) engage directly on the jaw bone.
