The device comprises a tubular plunger body (8) held between the bottom (3) of the tank (2) and the interior underside structure of the outlet orifice (6). A support and wedging pad (12) immobilizes the assembly between the filling orifice (7) and the tank bottom. The tubular body is composed of two cylindrical casings (19,20) having openings and delimiting between them an annular space (21) in which a retractable filling tube (22) passes. The internal casing encloses an anti-penetration device (33) doubled with an anti-spilling float valve (34).
