Method of production of boron nitride fibers starting from borylborazines

Borazine polymers (I) are new. Polymers of formula (I) are new; n = an integer; R1, R2 = alkyl; R3 = H, amino, alkyl, cycloalkyl or boryl. Independent claims are also included for: (1) production or boron nitride fibers by spinning a polymer (I) and ceramizing the spun fibers; (2) boron nitride fibers produced by the process of (1).
