Manufacturing Method of Absorptive Mineral-Oligopeptide by Enzyme in The Human Body and Health Food Using the Same

PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of mineral-oligopeptide capable of absorbed into a human body by an enzyme and a health food using the same. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of mineral-oligopeptide capable of being absorbed by an enzyme in a human body comprises the steps of: suspending and dissolving proteins in water of which pH is regulated to pH 4.5-5.0; adding protease to the solution to manufacture oligopeptides; adding bivalent cation supply source to the oligopeptide for the chelating reaction and neutralizing it; and concentrating and drying the chelate compound then pulverizing it.
