PURPOSE: A panel speaker of a composite stack plate is provided to obtain a sound magnification function of high efficiency by generating an effective vibration change in a specific frequency range. CONSTITUTION: A panel speaker(6) of a composite stack plate includes a composite sound magnification plate(7) in the form of rectangular shape provided with one set of strip and at least one vibration plates(50), a frame(10) without being changed by a force applied from outside and a pendant member(20) connected to the frame(10) made of a soft material such as a robber strip or the like for removing the noise generated from the adjacent sound magnification plate(7).
