USING OF WASTE STUFF TWISTED PE PIPE AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: Provided is a synthetic resin spiral pipe used as a drain pipe, which is produced by using a waste material, calcium carbonate, and a high density polyethylene resin. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin spiral pipe is produced by a process comprising the steps of: grinding the waste material such as waste vinyl or plastics for buildings to make fine particles; mixing 30% of the calcium carbonate and 70% of the waste fine particles; making square pipes by injecting the mixture into an extruder; coating the square pipes with the high density polyethylene resin; coiling the coated square pipes in the form of the spiral shape and then bonding by injecting a resin between the pipes.
