PURPOSE: A database for storing on-line lottery ticket information and a managing method thereof are provided to prevent a middle number of a series of lottery tickets which are sold in the next time from being omitted on condition that a buyer who bought a series of lottery tickets by inducing one lottery ticket record to store a plurality of lottery ticket information as one set. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a system(100) through the medium of a client(1), an Internet network(200), and an interface module(11), receives various kinds of web pages from an on-line lottery ticket managing server(10), and uses a lottery ticket selling service being supplied in the system(100). The on-line lottery ticket managing server(10) manages each process module(12) adapted to various kinds of event data being transmitted from the client(1) and controls a D/B managing server(13) related to the process modules(12). Thus, various process information and on-line lottery ticket information stored in a process information D/B(15) and an on-line lottery ticket information D/B(300) are adjusted selectively. A plurality of lottery ticket records including personal lottery ticket information is provided in the on-line lottery ticket information D/B(300). The lottery ticket records store a plurality of on-line lottery tickets related thereto collectively as one set. For example, if ten sheets of lottery ticket are stored, only one lottery ticket record is necessary instead of ten lottery ticket records.
